To provide the best possible experience and ensure the proper functioning of our service, we collect the following categories of information:

A. Account and Authentication Information

When you sign in to sync your budgets (e.g., using Google Sign-In), we collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • A securely generated unique user identifier (UID).

B. Financial Data and Transactions

FinanzAI stores your financial records locally and on secure cloud servers to sync across linked devices:

  • Expenses, incomes, recurring schedules, and dates.
  • Category names, transaction descriptions, and goals.
  • Shared ledger records under the Duo Mode configuration.

C. Voice Input Transcripts

When you use the voice recognition feature, the audio is converted to text using native Android Google Speech services, and the resulting text transcript is processed by our secure Gemini API keys to structure the transaction. The raw audio recordings are not stored on our servers.

D. Billing and Subscription Status

All premium billing transactions are managed securely through Google Play Billing. Parimbelli Studio does not collect or hold credit card details. We only retain your subscription level (Free or Premium) to unlock corresponding custom categories and widgets.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Provide and sync services: Authenticate accounts, synchronise ledgers under Duo Mode, and manage custom categories.
  • AI-driven budgeting: Process transcribed text queries to auto-fill amount, description, and categorization fields.
  • Troubleshoot & Improve: Analyze anonymous system diagnostics to resolve bugs, optimize battery performance, and improve the UI.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integrations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We integrate secure third-party components to deliver core app features:

  • Google Firebase: Used for secure cloud databases, sync functions, and account verification rules.
  • Google Gemini API: Processes text transcripts locally from your device queries to predict transaction fields.
  • Google Play Services: Manages authentication, speech recognition, and secure premium billing.

4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full rights over your data. At any time, you can:

  • Access, modify, or delete any transaction or budget goal inside the app.
  • Disconnect from Duo Mode to stop sharing data instantly.
  • Request permanent account deletion and purging of all synchronized records from our databases directly from the app settings or by emailing support.

5. Security

We implement security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and strict Firestore server-side validation rules to safeguard your financial profile from unauthorized access.
