Welcome to Auralis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auralis desktop application ("the Application" or "Service"), developed by Parimbelli Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Service

Auralis provides a desktop audio and multimedia management environment, including search capabilities, offline playback elements, and account synchronization features. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

To access certain features, including Cloud Synchronization and Premium benefits, you may be required to register an account using supported identity providers (e.g., Google or Microsoft OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Billing

Auralis offers tier-based features ("Premium Plan"). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. All payments are securely processed by authorized third-party payment gateways. Parimbelli Studio does not collect or store your credit card details. Failure to complete recurring payments will result in the suspension of Premium benefits.

4. Third-Party Services & Content Integrations

Auralis integrates with third-party application programming interfaces (APIs) to enrich your media experience:

  • YouTube API Services: The Application utilizes YouTube API Services to fetch, search, and reference publicly available media content. By using these features within Auralis, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase Framework: Cloud storage, system rules, and user configuration metadata are processed securely via Google Firebase infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, UI elements, branding, visual designs, assets, and software components comprising Auralis are the exclusive intellectual property of Parimbelli Studio. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, redistributing, or modifying the executable bundle or its assets without explicit written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parimbelli Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, system configurations, or third-party service downtime.

7. Termination and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or suspend access to the Application features at any time to reflect software updates or regulatory shifts. Continued use of Auralis following amendments implies full acceptance of the updated terms.
