Welcome to FinanzAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FinanzAI mobile application ("the Application" or "Service"), developed by Parimbelli Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Service
FinanzAI provides a personal finance tracking environment on Android devices, including voice-to-text transaction input, AI-based categorization, financial indicator modeling, recurring expense schedulers, and account synchronization. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Voice Processing & Gemini AI Integration
FinanzAI utilizes Google speech-to-text engines to capture voice commands and integrates with Google Gemini API models to parse, classify, and structure transaction data (such as categories, amounts, dates, and descriptions). By using the voice input feature, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your voice transcripts through these secure API interfaces.
3. Shared Accounts & Duo Mode
The Duo Mode allows two devices to link via an invite code, enabling joint financial dashboards, shared budgets, and synchronized transaction feeds. Both linked users have equal access to read, create, edit, or delete transactions and goals on the shared ledger. You are responsible for obtaining the consent of your partner before linking accounts and for managing who has access to your link code.
4. Premium Subscriptions & Category Limitations
FinanzAI is provided as a free application with premium capabilities. Free users are limited to creating up to 3 custom categories. Premium subscription tiers allow unlocking up to 10 custom categories and additional analytical widgets. All premium payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing services.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, UI elements, branding, visual designs, assets, and software components comprising FinanzAI are the exclusive intellectual property of Parimbelli Studio. You are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, redistributing, or modifying the application package or its assets without explicit written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Parimbelli Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for financial discrepancies, erroneous categories generated by the AI parser, or any data losses resulting from sync delays or device issues. Users should periodically check transaction entries to ensure financial accuracy.
